Refund/Cancellation Policy

***File And Serve Legal Services - referred to as FSLS is an attorney service, providing legal services to Lawyers, Law Firms, Businesses & individuals. FSLS and any representative of FSLS does not “give advice” in legal matters. FSLS and any representative of FSLS, does not provide legal counsel nor “represent” you in court. FSLS does not appear in court on your behalf nor does FSLS take credit or fault in the court’s decision of your case. In the event your case is settled, dismissed or decided against you, FSLS does not offer cancellation or refund. FSLS will execute service based on instructions provided by you, Client. If information (addresses) provided is not accurate or not serviceable, FSLS does not offer refund.  FSLS is not responsible for inaccurate information or bad addresses. All sales are final. Due to the Government Fiscal Crisis for Small Claims Cases, allow up to 6 to 8 weeks for court filing. If there is any type of civil dispute all parties agree the proper venue is San Diego County. Civil cases timeline is determined by the court. Services contracted may be conducted via telephone or internet and client(s) acknowledges that all sales are final and there are no cancellations, there are no refunds, once services are contracted.
